About Spring Sprints

John F. Gaskin, head coach of FHC Crew from 2002 to 2009 started the Spring Sprints Ergatta in 2002. The race has grown into the largest indoor rowing competition for high school athletes held in West Michigan, and allows athletes to measure their progress over the winter conditioning season.
